摘要: To investigate the association of alcohol intake with colorectal cancer risk according to race/ethnicity as well sex, lifestyle-related factors, alcoholic beverage type, and anatomical subsite, we analyzed data from 190,698 black, Native Hawaiian, Japanese-American, Latino, white persons in Hawaii California Multiethnic Cohort Study, 4,923 incident cases during a 16.7-year follow-up period (1993-2013). In multivariate Cox regression models, hazard ratio was 1.16 (95% confidence interval (CI): 1.01, 1.34) for 15.0-29.9 g/day 1.28 CI: 1.12, 1.45) ≥30.0 among men, 1.06 0.85, 1.32) 1.15 0.92, 1.43), respectively, women, compared nondrinkers (P heterogeneity sex = 0.74).
