摘要: Microparticles with controlled size and morphology are of significant interest in the field drug delivery. Although advanced nanoparticles have been object a substantial number reviews, fewer focused on microparticles, especially for delivery drugs growth factors to wound site. show distinct advantages, including ease production characterization, extended release properties, high loading little concern about toxicity as compared nanosized systems. This review presents an introduction pathophysiology healing provides overview some recent advances microparticle-based sites.
