摘要: While wound therapy remains a clinical challenge in current medical practice, much effort has focused on developing biological therapeutic approaches. This paper presents comprehensive review of delivery systems for biologicals the treatment chronic wounds and severe burns. The discussed here include proteins such as growth factors gene modifying molecules, which may be delivered to free, encapsulated, or released from living (cells, skin grafts equivalents) biomaterials. Advances biomaterial science technologies have enabled synthesis scaffolds, hydrogels nanoparticles, designed not only allow spatially temporally controlled release biologicals, but also emulate natural extracellular matrix microenvironment. These represent an attractive field regenerative therapy, by offering more personalised effective treatments.
