摘要: Purpose : The purpose of studies on antibiotics used topically the root surface avulsed teeth is to evaluate their antiresorptive properties which favor repair periodontal ligament and reestablishment dentoalveolar articulation. aim present study was determine effect lincomycin treatment tooth replantation. Methods Ten rats were distributed into two groups (I – control; II experimental). right maxillary incisor animals extracted stored in milk for 30 min. group I rinsed with normal saline replanted; II, immersed 5 min before euthanized 21st day postoperative. hemimaxilla submitted histological sectioning stained H&E microscopic evaluation. Results Group I: appeared dispersed, moderate intense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate, articulation not reestablished. II: complete evident, there few inflammatory cells small areas resorption ankylosis. Conclusion use allowed reduced inflammation. There still
