摘要: Exposure of rat brain to glutamate or homologous plasma by ventriculocisternal perfusion leads cerebral edema. After perfusion, edema takes 24 h develop, while is present immediately after with undiluted plasma. The increase in water content produced ventricular relatively small, but nevertheless significant. the K+ reduced, it remains unchanged kininogen concentration perfusate leaving ventricles significantly reduced suggesting a release kinins during perfusion. blood-brain barrier permeability Evans blue was not enhanced either data raise possibility that as well kininogen-kinin system play role factors.
