摘要: The main function of food classification systems is to regulate the market and inform it (consumers above all) about different types products their characteristics. However, reality that many these give rise confusion prevent consumers from obtaining a clear idea them, making purchasing process more difficult. objective this study was propose method can be used as basis or reference framework for analysing suitability any system, based on maximising consumer comprehension learning, before introducing into market. model proposed establishes procedure necessary indicators identifying advantages drawbacks each systems, possible compare suitability. tested empirically by comparing current orange juices Iberian ham with two proposals, in an experiment conducted online panel, using MANCOVA analyse differences between six related learning results. It concluded suitable assessing shows technical viability, ease introduction practically situation ability facilitate guide drawing up consumer-oriented systems.
