摘要: Ca−alginate gels were studied by small-angle X-ray scattering and rheology to determine relations between chemical composition concentrations of the alginate elasticity structure gels. The prepared in situ release Ca2+ from either Ca−EGTA or CaCO3 with total concentration range 5−30 mM. Alginates low (39%), intermediate (50%), high (68%) fractions α-l-GulA originating brown algae Ascophyllum nodosum, Laminaria hyperborea leaf, stipe, respectively, employed.
