摘要: Object Medial acoustic neuroma is a rare entity that confers distinct clinical syndrome. It scarcely discussed in the literature and associated with adverse features. This study evaluates imaging features, pertinent surgical challenges, treatment outcome large series of this variant. The authors postulate particular pathological anatomy its arachnoidal rearrangement has profound implication on technique outcome. Methods conducted retrospective analysis 52 cases involving 33 women 19 men who underwent resection medial neuromas performed by senior author (O.A.) over 20-year period (1993–2013).
