Selection of Treatment Regimens for Recurrent Cervical Cancer.

摘要: Objective The selection of individualized treatment for recurrent cervical cancer is challenging. This study aimed to investigate the impact various therapies on survival outcomes after recurrence. Methods Eligible patients were diagnosed with between March 2012 and April 2018. Postrecurrence progression-free (PFS) overall (OS) investigated in whole cohort subgroups, categorized by recurrence site prior radiotherapy history, using a multivariate model that incorporated primary tumors, histological pathology, FIGO staging. Results Two hundred sixty included. As 1, 2020, median postrecurrence PFS OS 7.0 (range 0-94) 24.0 (1.8-149.1) months, respectively. In measured PFS, was superior other (p=0.029) only within pelvic cavity (p=0.005), but advantages disappeared history (p values >0.05). For beyond cavity, combination therapy resulted improved (p=0.028). both no regimen provided additional benefits Radiotherapy also associated (p=0.034) (p=0.017), Conclusions patients, can improve without radiotherapy. or cases radiotherapy, may provide potential benefits.
