摘要: Various polyphosphate glasses have been synthesized. O 1s and P 2p photoelectron high resolution L-edge x-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) spectroscopies were used to characterize the polyphosphates. It has shown that from spectra XANES, it is possible determine degree of polymerization Using as model compounds, nature phosphorus in tribochemical films generated on steel thermally deposited investigated. XANES spectroscopy more sensitive than either or for gaining structural information about films. Phosphorus always appears a related alkyl aryl groups ZDDP. No appreciable amount thiophosphate could be detected.
