摘要: Caloric restriction is associated with a reduction in body weight and temperature, as well trabecular bone volume paradoxically an increase adipocytes within the marrow. The nature of these uncertain, although there emerging evidence direct relationship between remodeling brown adipocytes. For example, heterotrophic ossification, set up hypoxic gradient that leads to vascular invasion, chondrocyte differentiation, subsequent formation. Additionally, deletion retinoblastoma protein osteosarcoma model increased hibernoma (brown fat tumor). Brown adipose tissue (BAT) becomes senescent age at time when thermoregulation altered, loss apparent, sympathetic activity increases. Interestingly, heart rate unexpected but good predictor fracture risk elderly individuals, pointing key role for nervous system senile osteoporosis. Hence possibility exists BAT could play indirect age-related loss. However, effect from thermogenic dysfunction on currently limited. Here, we present current provide novel insights into effects mineral density.
