摘要: Abstract In the course of past 40 years, IRMM has developed a large number direct methods for accurate standardisation radionuclide solutions, all providing traceability to SI unit. Six different measurement were employed standardise 152 Eu solution in frame BIPM key comparison: • 4πβ(PPC)-γ-coincidence counting, using modified version ‘Funck’ pressurised proportional counter (Ar–CH 4 ) counting electrons and low-energy photons, 15×15 cm NaI(Tl) well crystal γ-rays; 4πβ(PPC)-γ-sum same equipment as above; 4πβ–γ-coincidence 2D shaped (Kr–CH sandwiched between two 7.5×7.5 cm 2 crystals; 4πγ crystal; 4πCsI(Tl) counting; Liquid scintillation (LSC) CIEMAT/NIST method. The will be described compared, with emphasis on their strengths weaknesses. case Eu, we able achieve standard deviation weighted mean 0.14% among methods, or 0.11% when excluding LSC result.
