摘要: Endophytic bacteria are wide-spread and associated with plant physiological benefits, yet their genomes secondary metabolites remain largely unidentified. In this study, we explored the genome of endophyte Streptomyces scabrisporus NF3 for discovery potential novel molecules as well genes involved in host interactions. The complete seven three other more distantly related were used to define functional landscape unique microbe. S. is larger than average not structured an obligate endosymbiotic lifestyle; fact that can grow R2YE media implies it could include a soil-living stage. displays enrichment amino acid production, protein secretion, metabolite antioxidants production xenobiotic degradation, indicating contribute metabolic soil microbial communities its hosts. Importantly, besides advantages, showed evidence differential specificity diversification interaction molecules, including hormones, stress resistance chitinases, antibiotics siderophores. Given diversity mechanisms upkeep, propose these strategies necessary adaptation hosts face changes environmental conditions.
