摘要: As a tumor involved in the urinary system, bladder cancer (BC) seriously threatens human health. Emerging as crucial biomarkers, long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role regulation of many cancers. lncRNA NNT-AS1 has been studied series cancers, whereas its and potential molecular mechanism was poorly understood BC. Here, we found that upregulated BC cells. Functionally, silencing inhibited cell proliferation, migration, invasion, endothelial-mesenchymal transition. Furthermore, apoptosis cells induced upon knockdown. Later, miR-1301-3p, downstream gene NNT-AS1, at low level In addition, miR-1301-3p targeted to PODXL. PODXL expression downregulated NNT-AS1-silenced restored by inhibition. Importantly, discovered activate Wnt pathway, treatment LiCl recovered repressive growth. Through restoration assays, observed overexpressing countervailed depletion-mediated suppression on growth pathway. These data suggested enhances activates pathway targeting miR-1301-3p/PODXL axis.
