摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) encoding small non-coding RNAs have been recognized as a very large gene family present in most organisms. The precise biological effects of miRNAs are yet to be elucidated detail, partly because each miRNA is believed negatively regulate the expression hundreds target genes. Nevertheless, recent findings indicate that carcinogenic processes associated with alterations several miRNAs, suggesting some function oncogenes or tumor suppressor review focuses on this exciting new area research, special emphasis involvement cancer development and progression. Further studies clearly warranted elucidate molecular roles which may ultimately provide both better understanding disease development, well foundation for novel strategies diagnosis therapy.
