摘要: Objective To assess the reliability and validity of Physical Self-Perception Profile (PSPP) Perceived Importance (PIP) to relationships between these scales disease, function, negative affect in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients. Methods Fifty-two women (mean ± SD age 48.4 10.4 years) completed PSPP, PIP, other measurements: core measures European League Against Rheumatism; Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale; distance walked; peak extrapolated maximal oxygen consumption during a 10-meter shuttle walk test. Results PSPP subscales showed high internal consistency (Chronbach's alpha 0.73–0.81) factor structure strong with physical self-worth (PSW; r = 0.40–0.63). Multiple regression analysis that all (except sport) significantly contributed PSW variance (R2 59.1%). Very low PSPP scores, particularly for strength sport competence, PIP scores were observed RA patients (significantly lower than US college-aged obese women), which reflected scores. Aspects related depression swollen joint count but not functional fitness. Discrepancy associated (r 0.48), substantiating subjects unable meet their perceptual needs concerning selves. Conclusion The are both reliable valid sensitive significant constructs mental health RA. The appears measure distinct properties represented common measures; hence it may be useful measuring an important aspect patients' psychology.
