摘要: A series of highly efficient and thermally stable electro-optic (EO) polymers have been developed by poling crosslinking in situ the blend high glass-transition temperature (Tg) anthracene-containing acrylate-functionalized dendritic nonlinear optical (NLO) chromophores. By molecular engineering shape, nonlinearity, Tg, moieties chromophores polymers, resultant materials showed significantly enhanced EO activities (r33 values as 126 pm V−1 at 1310 nm) alignment stability (up to 200 °C). Poling efficiency these could be improved 35–50% using simplified lattice hardening protocols. The combined good processability, large activities, endow promising candidates for device exploration CMOS-based photonics.
