摘要: The present works investigate hydrothermal pretreatment of oil palm empty fruit bunch and frond fiber in a batch tube reactor system with temperature time range from 170 to 250°C 10 20min, respectively. behavior soluble sugars, acids, furans, phenols dramatically changed over treatment severities as determined by HPLC. cellulose-rich treated solids were analyzed SEM, WAXD, BET surface area. Enzymatic hydrolysis was performed both pretreated slurries washed solid, data obtained suggested that tannic acid derived lignin degradation potential cellulase inhibitor. Both partial removal hemicellulose migration during caused structural changes on the cellulose-hemicellulose-lignin matrix, resulting opening expansion specific area pore volume. current results provided important factors maximize conversion cellulose glucose biomass process.
