摘要: In this study, the ability of chitosan microparticles to enhance both systemic and local immune responses against diphtheria toxoid (DT) after oral nasal administration in mice was investigated.Firstly, DT associated determine antigen loading release. Then loaded microparticles, phosphate buffered saline (PBS) empty (as controls) were fed intragastrically administered nasally mice. Mice also subcutaneously immunised with alum. All vaccinated week 1 boosted 3. Sera analysed for anti-DT IgG washings faeces IgA titres using an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Loading capacities about 25% efficacies 100% obtained DT. No released at 37 degrees C PBS. Compared intragastrical feeding PBS, a strong enhancement found microparticles. addition, dose-dependent reaction observed different doses Significant humoral vaccination microparticles.DT results protective response vaccination, significant production administration. Hence, these vivo experiments demonstrate that are very promising mucosal vaccine delivery systems.
