摘要: Real-time terahertz (THz) imaging offers remarkable application possibilities, especially in the security and medical fields. However, most THz detectors work with scanners, a long image acquisition time is required. Some thermal can achieve real-time by using focal plane array but have drawbacks of low sensitivity due to lack suitable absorbing materials. In this study, we propose novel photomechanical meta-molecule conveniently assembling meta-atom absorbers bi-material cantilevers together, which couple radiation mechanical deflection meta-molecules high efficiency. By optically reading out deflections all simultaneously, be achieved. A polyimide sacrificial layer technique was developed fabricate device on glass wafer, facilitates transmission readout light while wave radiates onto directly from front side. images video various objects as well infrared human body were captured successfully fabricated array. The proposed holds promise applications single broadband imaging.
