摘要: Abstract The system Ni0.65Zn0.35CuxFe2-xO4 (x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5) was prepared by the usual ceramic method cubic spinel structure confirmed using X-ray analysis. electrical conductivity number of jump rate vacancies were determined before after gamma irradiation 106 rad. An estimate carried out to evaluate in lattice sites. This is maximized at x=0.4, leading a high this composition.
