摘要: Liver endothelial differentiation-associated protein-1 (Leda-1/Pianp) is a type-I-transmembrane protein that able to bind and activate immune inhibitory receptor Pilrα. Here we show Leda-1/Pianp strain-specifically expressed in lymphoid organs macrophages of Th2-prone BALB/c mice but not Th1-prone C57BL/6J mice. LPS stimulation bone marrow-derived (BMM) macrophage-like Raw 264.7 cells conversely regulated Pilrα expression. induction was caused by LPS-mediated transcriptional modulation increased mRNA On the other hand, decline expression result proteolytic degradation matrix metalloproteinases. In summary, these findings demonstrate counter-regulation ligand-receptor pair part complex innate response its genetically determined strain-specific modulation.
