Infertilidad: Histeroscopia versus ultrasonografia transvaginal e histerosalpingografía

摘要: Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the hysteroscopy, transvaginal ultrasound and hysterosalpingography in uterine cavity infertile patients. Methods: Descriptive, comparative patients from Fertility Unit Gynecology Service Hospital Universitario de Caracas between march november 2011. Results: We evaluated 33 with primary secundary infertility. Abnormal hysteroscopic findings were observed 66,6 %, wich intrauterine adhesions endometrial polyp most common findings. Hysterosalpingography reported a sensitivity 40,9 % specificity 81,8 positive predictive value negative %. Overall agreement these two procedures 50,4 Transvaginal 45,5 90,9 60.65 There no complications during hysteroscopy. Conclusions: ultrasound, hysteroscopy are complementary evaluation patient but given low rate consistency first two, we believe that routine should be included couple.
