摘要: Squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck (HNSCC) is sixth most common type cancer, affecting ~500,000 individuals worldwide annually. Collagen major constituent extracellular matrix component in tumors plays a crucial role tumor development. The aim this study was to determine mRNA expression XXI, XXII, XXIII XXIV α1 collagen (COL21A1, COL22A1, COL23A1 COL24A1, respectively) squamous investigate its correlation with disease progression.
