摘要: Social network sites (SNSs) such as MySpace, Facebook, and Youtube have attracted millions of users, many whom integrated these into their daily practices. There are hundreds SNSs, with various technological affordances, supporting a wide range interests However, the impact SNSs is increasingly pervasive, activities ranging from economic marketing to social educational. Among impacts sites, they are, anecdotally, becoming important in today’s businesses. Thus, purpose this study present literature review classification scheme for research works business aim clarifying ways The covers 28 journal articles published 2000 2011 few months 2012. classified SNS applications businesses six distinct categories: “marketing advertising,†“knowledge management,†“social capital,†“relationship “e-commerce,†“economic model.†findings reveal that advertising†were most frequently category has been considered literature.
