摘要: In this study we describe the spatial regulation of RNA interference (RNAi) using an RNA-carrier protein labeled with a fluorescent dye and light source to trigger RNAi. We demonstrate photo-dependent gene silencing several dyes different excitation wavelengths. Additionally, use from halogen lamp photomask produce photopatterned RNAi, laser single-cell RNAi on cell culture plates.
