摘要: Dendritic cells (DCs) are known to be the most powerful professional antigen-presenting so far. It could activate primary immune response, and also downregulate response. DCs have a unique character of immunoregulation. DC-SIGN, molecule designated as CD209, is one member C-type lectin superfamily. not only pattern recognition receptor but implicated in immunoregulation DCs. DC-SIGN has become hotspot recent studies because its important role mediating DC adhesion, migration, inflammation, activating T cell, triggering response participating escape pathogens tumors. These on involved secondary relevant mechanism will certainly provide us with new method treating preventing certain diseases.
