Magneto-Stark-Anderson localisation in quasi-one-dimensional systems

摘要: The authors consider perpendicular transport in a 'superlattice' miniband the presence of an electric field and magnetic parallel to layers, framework one-band tight-binding model. Using transfer matrix technique they derive rigorous asymptotic results for one-dimensional resistance diagonal off-diagonal disorder. They deduce field-dependent localisation lengths predict oscillatory magnetoresistance.
