摘要: Abstract Blood alcohol concentrations (BAC) and time to peak BAC were determined in 16 subjects after ingestion of a large quantity alcoholic beverages within short drinking span not exceeding 30 min. The first group (7 subjects) consumed 3- 4-h fast. In the second (9 consumption took place eating meal. Venous blood samples taken min finished compared near-simultaneous Breathalyzer ® results. addition, minimum duration plateau for these circumstances was assessed.
