摘要: Abstract Nanoscaled spherical, facetted-spherical and octahedral shapes of high yield economically viable tin oxide (SnO2) was synthesized using direct sublimation process employing thermal evaporation at 1350 °C without any catalyst. The crystalline structure morphology SnO2 nanostructures were characterized X-ray diffraction electron microscopy. reveals that the reaction time, is important for successful synthesis different shape size nanostructures. High resolution transmission microscopy exhibited particle between 5 6 nm. Nanoscale morphological tuning in facilitates alteration optical band gap, absorption photolumiscence properties. humidity sensor based on spherical demonstrates an excellent sensitivity with increase relative (RH) room temperature.
