摘要: Effect of different duration dehydration the apices isolated from in vitro plants on genetic stability was investigated regenerated wild strawberry (Fragaria vesca L., var. alpine) recovered after cryopreservation according to a precultivation-dehydration protocol. Plant material belongs clone (cv. Reine des Vallees) that has been maintained for more than 25 years Timiryazev Institute Physiology. It shown desiccation before freezing appreciably affected rate postcryogenic recovery plant growth and coefficient their subsequent propagation. After 5-h-long desiccation, were notable highest rate. The restored such also had For DNA analysis, samples leaves taken separately each hardening cryopreservation. According results RAPD, ISSR, REMAP analyses, chosen showed some variation prior (percentage polymorphic fragments 9.0%). adaptation cold did not change level variation. Among regenerants, morphologically modified forms observed, with marker decreasing almost two times irrespective dehydration. However, one cryogenic freezing, 1200 bp fragment lacking, which detected all other examined (frequency deviation 0.9%). Earlier, we reveal polymorphism associated this fragment. Probably, modification resulted exposure liquid nitrogen.
