摘要: Variability of RAPD and ISSR markers was examined in two callus lines maize (Zea mays L., ARm15 ARm22), each obtained from one embryo grown under standard conditions on the medium supplemented with copper ions. The line cultured vitro for 8 months; ARm22 line, 2 years. After these periods, became genetically heterogeneous: variability DNA fragments 13.3% 15.0% ARm22. Incubation stress ions accompanied by decrease percentage polymorphic fragments. When primer QR2 used a copper-containing medium, new amplicon detected that not observed original culture. pattern genomic changes independent concentration age cells.
