Methodologically, key innovation Non-Unionists Members (NUMs) is concordance table classification occupations industries as heartlands, midlands lowlands according to their level density analyse trends areas strength weakness. After mapping location non-members across workplaces different size within lowlands, our primary conclusion that consolidating extending heartland should be strategic priority for renewal. Our analysis illustrates there are significant opportunities building areas, especially large workplaces, where unions continuing suffer major losses even overall levels stabilised past couple years.
