摘要: The main treatment strategies for chronic pancreatitis in young patients include therapeutic endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP) intervention and surgical intervention. Therapeutic ERCP is performed much more extensively its minimally invasive nature, but a part of are referred to surgery at last. Historical follow-up data 21 with undergoing duodenum-preserving total pancreatic head resection were analyzed evaluate the outcomes this study. complications repeated 38% 19% respectively. During first intervention, 2 developed diabetes, 5 steatorrhea, type B pain. 1 new case diabetes occurred, steatorrhea recovered, 4 cases pain completely relieved. In pancreatitis, was effective than on delaying progression disease relieving symptoms.
