摘要: Many professional development programs aim to improve student outcomes by enhancing teacher competencies. Effective evaluation of these requires a clear delineation the competencies be gained. A competency model was developed evaluate impact program that aimed teachers' ability effectively implement technologically engaged modules in flipped classroom setting. Competencies were identified via participatory techniques and assessments aligned The teachers knowledge, skills, abilities needed for creation delivery effective lessons can tracked using radar graph guide tailored development.
