摘要: The effect of bias current on the complexity and time-delay signature chaotic signals in semiconductor lasers with polarization preserved optical feedback has been studied experimentally theoretically. peak value autocorrelation coefficient normalized permutation entropy at round trip time are used to quantify delay complexity, respectively. results show that is approximately an inverse relationship chaos when laser subject low or strong feedback.
