摘要: The flatness of chaos generated by mutually coupled vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) has been investigated experimentally in two configurations. Power variation between dc and the bandwidth frequency flat are used to quantitatively study chaos. power spectrum from a single VCSEL both configurations is not due peak at relaxation oscillation frequency. This uneven nature will affect application random number generation. experimental results show that spectra can easily be flattened combining Flat combined output 15 times higher than optimum detuning. mechanism for this flattening attributed beating.
