摘要: Respiratory motion can vary dramatically between the planning stage and different fractions of radiotherapy treatment. Motion predictions used when constructing plan may be unsuitable for later This paper presents a methodology patient-specific respiratory models uses these to evaluate analyse inter-fraction variations in motion. The internal is determined from deformable registration Cine CT data related surrogate signal derived 3D skin surface data. Three relating have been investigated this work. Data were acquired six lung cancer patients. Two full datasets each patient, one before course treatment at end (approximately 6 weeks later). Separate built dataset. All could accurately predict same dataset, but had large errors predicting other Analysis revealed that most spatially varying base-line shifts, changes anatomy trajectories also observed.
