摘要: A method that allows the performance of double-colour chromosome painting (FISH) on previously G-banded human sperm metaphases has been developed. Sperm chromosomes were obtained by using fusion technique between zona-free hamster oocytes and spermatozoa. Single- was performed DNA libraries specific for X, Y 21 either unstained or preparations. The hybridization efficiency very high (98%). sequential staining is useful analyses structural (stable) numerical aberrations in thus can increase sperm-hamster system to assess risk germ cells as a result endogenous exogenous factors.
