摘要: We studied the frequencies of X- and Y-chromosome-bearing sperm, diploidy disomy for chromosomes 1, 12, X, Y in sperm from 10 normal men aged 21-52 years, to determine whether there was any relationship between donor age these variables. Multicolor FISH used control lack probe hybridization distinguish diploid disomic sperm. A minimum 10,000 per evaluated each chromosome, a total 225,846 studied. Sperm were considered if two fluorescent signals separated by minimal distance one signal domain. The mean Y-bearing 50.1% 49.0%, respectively; not significantly different 50%. There no correlation paternal "sex ratio" Similarly, association frequency (mean, .16%; range, .06-.42%) age. For frequencies, 12 .10%-.25%), XX .07%; .03%-.17%), XY .08%-.24%). significant increase YY (P = .04; mean, .18%; .10%-.43%) 1 .01; .11%; .05%-.18%) with In summary, our results do support sex ratio or diploidy.
