摘要: Background: Sensitivity of the gustatory system could be modulated by a number short-term and long-term factors such as body mass, gender, age, local systemic diseases pathological processes, excessive alcohol drinking, drug dependence, smoking, composition oral fluid, state hygiene, consumption some foods among many others. A few studies have demonstrated effects hunger caloric satiety on sensitivity in obese humans animals. The aim present study was to assess deprivation recognition taste thresholds healthy, non-smoking, non-drinking, non-obese young male subjects. two-alternative forced-choice technique used measure threshold. Results: Recognition for sucrose salt were significantly lower during fasting than after meal (t = 2.23, P < 0.05, t 2.86, 0.02, respectively) while values bitter substances loading did not differ significantly. Conclusions: Short-term our model associated with increased sweet salty compared satiated affected conditions measurements. Selective modulation might reflect different biological importance salty, qualities taste.
