摘要: Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is a heterogeneous condition consisting of three or more consecutive abortions before the 20 weeks gestation. Despite extensive research to explain causative effects RPL, about 50–60% RPLs are still idiopathic. increasing prospective studies with sufficient power related association between various thrombophilias and controversy remains regarding screening for thrombophilia in women RPL. The objective this study was investigate RPL polymorphism Factor II G20210A gene Iranian Azeri women. subjects consisted 320 healthy from population. After genomic DNA extraction blood samples, genotyping performed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) followed restriction fragment length (RFLP) method. obtained data were analyzed using statistical software. No significant indicated ( $P>0.05$ ). genotype frequencies F-II case group 98/12% GG, 1/88% GA 0% AA, while control 98/43% 1/56% respectively. There no (rs1799963) among
