摘要: Energy Efficiency plays a major role in manufacturing being one of the largest consumers and offering opportunities for cost-savings improvements. Simulation is an established tool optimizing systems. The paper shows new production-state based approach integrating material flow energy consumption commercial discrete-event simulation software. Besides typical investigation production assets, also technical building services as potential source are taken into account. considers TBS demand requirements from assets does not require modeling behavior Hence, robust results can be achieved by much faster time.
