摘要: Climate change mitigation and the EU2020 strategy foster energy efficiency in Europe’s future manufacturing landscape. These challenges make high demands to SMEs as well MNCs. The paper gives insight an approach on Eco-factories based EU-funded FP7 project EMC2. will enable quantum leap integrating environmental issues brownfield greenfield factory planning operation. focuses identification, structuring definition of requirements for Eco-factory simulation approaches. Requirements developing a environment material flows detailed analysis but also wide user spectrum is presented. shows that are twofold requesting integrated, modular solutions emphasize user-friendliness low complexity.
