摘要: Abstract The influence of Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium (S. typhimurium) on co-stimulatory molecule expression, cytokine production and induction nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) by murine macrophages (Mф), as well the phoP locus these aspects S. typhimurium–Mф interaction, was characterized. Pulsing Mф with typhimurium resulted in increased surface expression MHC-I, MHC-II, CD86 CD54. Furthermore, co-incubating interleukin (IL)-12p40, IL-6 tumor necrosis factor-α iNOS while IL-12p70 not detectable. Finally, although did level or -pulsed Mф, induction. Together data show that interaction activates cells ways may enhance their ability to productively stimulate -specific T following phagocytic processing presentation antigens.
