摘要: Objective The purpose of the study was to define predictors successful rotation and rate cesarean delivery after manual fetal occiput from posterior or transverse position. Study design A retrospective cohort comprised patients who underwent a trial Successful defined as in anterior We examined maternal, fetal, labor characteristics both position at delivery. Results Multiparity (odds ratio, 2.5; 95% CI, 1.5-3.8) maternal age P 35 years, induction, epidural usage were associated with higher rates Conclusion After occiput, women had lower than unsuccessful rotations.
