Monte-Carlo simulation of the order-disorder transition in the KDP-Type structure

摘要: Abstract Monte Carlo simulations are presented for a model the KDP-type structure, using simplified pseudo-Ising model. Phase transitions occur simulated temperatures that concur with analytical results in limit of weak ordering fields. Significantly non-zero pseudo-spin correlations found paraelectric phase only on PO4 tetrahedra. Most computation is Boolean logic, making it ideal ICL Distributed Array Processor
