摘要: The paraelectric low-frequency dynamics of KH2PO4-type crystals has been investigated on the basis a new time-dependent pseudospin Hamiltonian which includes both long-range electrostatic interactions and strong short-range exist within clusters four neighbouring bonds. static limit this model is well-known four-particle cluster tunnelling gives good account properties first-order phase transition in these crystals. First-order perturbation theory used to calculate dynamical linear response system.
