摘要: Abstract Ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer (EPDM) was filled with metal oxides like PbO and Fe2O3 analysed for peroxide vulcanisation kinetics, radiation shielding ability, thermal stability. Increase in crosslinking density observed concentration the lead oxide-hematite-EPDM (LHE) composites, property upon addition of total 60 phr fillers discussed. Among synthesised P60F0 P40F20 showed good ability 59.54 keV gamma rays. All composites electrical insulation up to 50 kHz AC frequency. Moreover, composite contained relatively less content than composite, also, mechanical strength stability greater that therefore, it can be considered as a material.
