摘要: Global development goals have become increasingly used by the United Nations and international community to promote priority global objectives. The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) are most prominent example of such goals, but many others been set since 1960s. Despite their prominence proliferation, little has written about concept as a policy tool, effectiveness, limitations broader consequences. This paper explores mechanisms which they lead both intended unintended consequences in influencing strategies action.
